FEEDBACK

The information is well-presented and interesting. Because the study was quite thorough and in-depth, a clear picture of the event and how every element came together to form the experience could be seen. The fact that was picked out regarding the demographics of the event was also interesting.

REFLECTION

Experience
Doing this assignment reminded me of the first project that we did for Branding Corporate Identity, which was why I didn't find it that hard. The most challenging part of this project was definitely creating the customer journey map, because I had to imagine the entire festival experience based on only write-ups about the event.

Observation

I noticed that speaking without looking at my slides gave me more freedom and confidence when I was presenting. It also felt more comfortable for me because I could simply say the things that came to mind.

Findings
When it comes to branding an event, cause or campaign, it's imperative to look at the big picture. Not only is it important to have a strong visual identity, but a sound and well thought-out marketing strategy is also needed as well. Every part of the branding strategy must work together in order to create a memorable experience for the consumers.
